Terms of agreement
The following tems are binding when taking part in an agreement with Kronlund Kursgård AB.
Booking
The booking agreement is finalized when the customer transfers a deposit of 30% of the total invoice amount to Kronlund Kursgård’s bank account. The remaining 70% must be received no later than 14 days before arrival. If the remaining amount is not received 7 days before arrival, Kronlund Kursgård reserves the right to terminate the agreement. In this case, the deposit will be retained as compensation and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Less than 40 days before arrival: The customer is not required to pay the remaining balance. However, the deposit is non-refundable and considered compensation.
- More than 40 days before arrival: The customer is liable for the full booking amount, including the deposit.
Activities with partner companies
Kronlund Kursgård may recommend or book activities provided by partner companies. These activities are subject to the partner company’s terms and conditions. Kronlund Kursgård is not liable for the actions, services, or incidents occurring during such activities.
Responsibility and Liability
- General: Kronlund Kursgård is responsible for fulfilling the agreement and ensuring services meet reasonable expectations.
- Customer Health and Fitness: For activities, the customer must be in good physical condition and free from any conditions that could hinder participation. Customers partake in activities at their own risk.
- Liability: Kronlund Kursgård is not liable for personal injuries, their consequences, or material damage unless caused by proven negligence. Customers are responsible for travel insurance covering adventure activities and health insurance with international coverage.
- Guest Responsibilities: Customers must maintain accommodations and equipment (e.g., snowmobiles, clothing, fishing gear) in good condition. Damage or loss must be reported, and the customer is responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Safety and terms
Safety is a priority for all activities. Participants must adhere to the instructions provided by guides or staff. For snowmobile tours, drivers must:
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Hold a valid AM, A, or B driver’s license.
Failure to comply with safety instructions or rules may result in immediate exclusion from activities without refund.
Force majeur
In the event of circumstances beyond Kronlund Kursgård’s control (e.g., illness, extreme weather, fire, war, strikes), Kronlund Kursgård reserves the right to cancel the agreement. In such cases:
- The customer will be informed promptly.
- Kronlund Kursgård will attempt to reschedule the activity or provide an alternative.
- If rescheduling or alternatives are not feasible, Kronlund Kursgård will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis in line with Kammarkollegiet insurance guidelines.
Handeling your personal data
Kronlund Kursgård collects and uses customer data solely for booking purposes. Personal data is protected under SSL encryption and will not be shared with third parties.
